We provide education support to girl child, orphans, children with disabilities, children from single motherhood and talented children/ youth from disadvantaged backgrounds by providing them with sponsorships, scholastic materials in form of books, pens, pencils and food for better concentration at school. We partner with different schools, vocational institutions and universities where our children access education from.

ALCO identifies, nurtures and supports vulnerable children/ youth with talents and provides them necessary resources in form of soccer boots, mentorship programs, training and guidance programs, opportunities to excel in their chosen fields. We also advocate for equal opportunities of girls and boys especially in sports. We support girls to pursue their careers in the sports department.

We carry out community mobilization and awareness on health and hygiene programs like water sanitation, we drill boreholes and clean wells for the community to access clean water, we provide comprehensive healthcare and health education that is both accessible and free to the communities, we also carry out distribution of sanitary pads and teaching of girls how to make re-usable pads to promote their overall well-being and ability to focus on their education.

We offer grandmothers and single mothers the basic necessities of life in form of food, clothes, shelter, water… We carry out house construction for grandmothers and single mothers, we also provide water tanks to the old mothers who cannot have access to wells and boreholes. We carry out environmental sensitization to raise awareness about the dangers of misusing our environment and we promote sustainable practices to conserve our environment.

Our women development department focuses on providing resources and support to pregnant mothers, grandmothers, girls, and single mothers in need. We offer vocational training to equip women with necessary skills in cosmetology to provide services such as hair styling and makeup application; culinary arts, where we train women to become chefs and bakers; fashion design and tailoring; and events planning and management, equipping women with skills to plan, coordinate and organise weddings, parties and conferences so they can start up their own business ventures and improve their standards of living. We offer startup capital in form of equipment, cash and market to the women after completing their trainings.
